Magnus Gray was born in Lerwick, Shetland Isles in 1970 and grew up on the family croft in Unst, at the most northerly tip of the British Isles.

An upbringing rich in practical and social challenges have shaped Magnus into a multi-skilled tradesman with a broad spectrum of  talents.  The difficult and limited environment of the Shetland Isles has encouraged Magnus to 'think outside the box'.

Gifted with an open outlook essential to excel in problem solving, Magnus consistently maintains his ability to complete difficult tasks successfully and often with a flourish.
